HUMAN CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT
CFI draws on Constructivist Theory as a key strategy in human capacity development. As learners work together to brainstorm ideas, plan strategies, and solve problems, each individual contributes their knowledge and experience for the benefit of the group. This process helps build trust among colleagues, and provides a supportive environment for practice. Constructivism is at the heart of all of CFI's professional development and train-the-trainer models.
