CFI draws on Constructivist Theory as a key strategy in human capacity development. This process helps build trust among colleagues, and provides a supportive environment for practice. Constructivism is at the heart of all of CFI's professional development and train-the-trainer models.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION
CFI works with clients to develop strategies to meet goals and outcomes identified in programmes. CFI takes a formative approach to monitoring and evaluation, providing strategies and tools to gather quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact and achievement. CFI emphasizes sustainability indicators important in illuminating necessary adjustments and factors influencing the long-term viability of programmes.
